How We Hire

Here's what to expect:

Honestly? We don't really know yet because we haven't hired anyone yet. lol. But here's what we're thinking:

  1. Send Us an Email: No degree needed. No resume needed. Just touch base and let us know where you fit in. Tell us what you can do, what you're interested in, and why you want to be part of this. That's it. No complicated application forms, no ATS systems, just email.
  2. Initial Conversation: We'll have an honest conversation about the role, the company, compensation (equity for now), and whether there's a fit
  3. Technical Assessment: For technical roles, we'll assess your skills through real-world problems
  4. Team Interview: Meet the team and see if we're a good cultural fit
  5. Decision: We'll be transparent about our decision, whether it's yes or no

Note: We're building regardless of who believes in us. If you believe in what we're building and are willing to take equity over salary for now, we want to hear from you—even if there isn't a perfect role match right now.
